# Terms & Conditions — The Gorillas

> Booking, pricing, cancellation, and liability terms for The Gorillas services in Riga and the Baltics.

## General

By booking The Gorillas for any service, you agree to these terms. Services are provided by The Gorillas, operating in Riga, Latvia.

## Services

We provide moving, furniture assembly, TV mounting, junk and furniture removal. We use our own crew, van, and tools. We do not subcontract without telling you.

## Pricing

- Hourly rates start at €35/hr (assembly) and €40/hr (moving)
- Flat rates apply for TV mounting (from €49) and junk removal (from €99)
- Quoted price is firm unless the scope changes on site
- VAT applied where required by Latvian law

## Booking & payment

- Bookings by phone or WhatsApp at +371 22019114
- Payment due on completion: cash, bank transfer, or card

## Cancellation

- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the booked time
- Inside 24 hours: a minimum mobilization fee may apply
- No-show: full minimum charge

## Liability

- We carry standard mover liability for goods in our care
- High-value items (art, antiques, electronics) should be declared in advance for extended cover
- Pre-existing damage is documented before we touch the item
- We are not liable for damage caused by structural defects of the building or by items you packed yourself

## Disputes

Any dispute is governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia and resolved in Riga courts.

## Changes

We may update these terms; the latest version is always at gorillas.lv/terms.
